Our LLC is duly registered in Massachusetts, but please note that we do not provide stamping for any drawings and documents intended for submission to any Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). The responsibility for obtaining the necessary stamps, as well as for submitting these documents and covering any related fees, rests solely with the client.
NODesigns' branding will not be included in any drawings, renderings, videos, documents, or presentations created for our client, unless explicitly requested and in line with our protocols for stamping and Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) submissions. Confidentiality regarding the information shared by the client will be established through a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) that incorporates non-solicitation clauses. We are equipped to provide our standard agreement template or reasonably adapt to the client’s preferred format.
NODesigns operates on a “lump sum” pricing model, ensuring that our team dedicates the necessary time and resources to deliver optimal results. Our indicative hourly rates vary based on the complexity of the project and the given time frame, starting from a minimum of 20 USD per hour for basic drawings and escalating to 75~100 USD for advanced modeling tasks. We accept a variety of payment methods including bank transfers, Venmo, and checks. Please note that we do not accommodate payments via PayPal or cryptocurrencies.
Our expertise is concentrated in the areas of planning, architectural design, interior design, and landscape design. As such, our coordination of other engineering disciplines—namely civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection—will be limited to a "graphic level." This means that NODesigns will utilize the relevant information provided to us for coordination purposes within our design scope, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any engineering-related information that may be represented in our drawings.
In the absence of a specific agreement, the copyright and intellectual property rights for any deliverables produced by NODesigns will be retained by the client who commissioned the work. The client is entitled to utilize these deliverables as they deem appropriate, provided that NODesigns’ proprietary information is not disseminated without our prior knowledge and consent. NODesigns may feature the materials we have produced on our website or across our social media platforms, with the clients prior consent, which shall not be unreasonable withheld or delayed.
NODesigns will deliver digital files in the specific format requested by the client, including relevant working files when applicable. We do not provide hard copies, particularly for large-format technical drawings. However, for private clients who lack experience with digital printing, we may offer limited hard copy options for an extra fee.
