Our proposal is a re-imagination of the current neighborhood of St. Joseph Cathedral in Hanoi from a dull-looking atmosphere into a resemblance to a typical European town with a bright, vibrant ambiance. The proposal takes advantage of existing traffic flow and expands it further towards Hang Trong – Le Thai To intersection without interfering with the traffic circulation around Hoan Kiem Lake.
